All in One Chicken Grill Meal
Y’all know I’m here to make life easier on you, right? Well, today’s recipe will do just that. It’s my All in One Chicken Grill Meal. So, fire up the gas grill or light the charcoal and let me show you how it’s done.
- 6 Bone-in chicken breast halves
- 6-8 carrots, sliced into ¼ inch rings
- 4 medium potatoes cut into ¼ inch French fry style slices
- ½ pound fresh mushrooms, quartered
- 1 medium onion- sliced
- Dash of Tony Chacheres
- Teaspoon of garlic powder
- Teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1-2 Teaspoons fresh rosemary
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoon lemon juice
We’ll begin by rubbing six bone-in chicken breast halves with Tony Chacheres, garlic powder, rosemary and Italian seasoning. Then we’ll place them in the middle of six separate pieces of foil. We’ll divide our prepared carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, and onions between each individual serving, drizzle each one with olive oil and lemon juice, seal ‘em tightly, and grill over medium heat for 50 to 60 minutes (or until the chicken is clear and the taters are tender.) YUM, good and easy! If you don’t want to fire up the grill, pop these babies in the oven at 375 degrees.
Enjoy my All in One Chicken Grill Meal, folks— no clean up and plenty of time left to enjoy that long summer evening. That’s good cooking from my kitchen to yours!
