Aunt Peggy’s Peach Tea

Welcome back to the All Things Southern kitchen, y’all. Can I just say that I love fall! When the weather turns off this pretty I start hankering for a nice cup of steaming cider. Now, I’ve shared my Spiced Cider recipe with y’all before, so today I thought I’d show y’all how to whip up a batch of my Aunt Peggy’s Peach Tea! It’s a sweet treat and a nice change from cider!

  • 1/2 cup instant tea
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 3oz. box Apricot Jell-O
  • 3 3oz. boxes Peach Jello
  • 1/2 Cup Tang
  • 3/4 cup Lemonade Mix

Just stir everything together and store in a container with a tight lid. To make yourself a steaming cup of hot peach tea, just add 2 to 3 heaping teaspoons to a cup of hot water. Ummm…Enjoy Aunt Peggy’s Peach Tea, folks—it’s good for what ails you, from Aunt Peggy and my kitchens to yours.

Hugs,
Shellie
