Hey y'all! A quick post for anyone who may not have wrapped those gifts. Don't spend a fortune on paper. Buy a roll of craft paper (comes in white or brown), and tie with raffia or old ribbon (I had the red from another project, but I did a lot of my gifts with just raffia this year). Hey y'all! I greet you from the lovely IPhone keyboard while darling husband chauffeurs us to Houston. Drum roll please -- IT'S BABY DAY! Our sweet daughter is about to deliver the fourth grandchild to this family, making it two apiece for each of our kids! How about a piece of Southern Americana? This is Mammy's Resturant. She stands south of Natchez, MS on Highway 61, and yes, she's open. I snapped her picture on the way home from the Louisiana Book Festival in Baton Rouge, LA. What an icon, that Mammy.
