Hey y’all,

I had so much fun visiting with the reporter who penned this piece. We chatted via the phone connecting her office and my back porch last week before I took off on this tour. Linda Sickler is a very nice lady! I must not have made myself clear on the time line, however, as there are a couple details amiss in here that long time readers will spot. For instance, I have three self pubs out, and Suck Your Stomach In and Put Some Color On is the next book I was about to self-publish when I stopped and tried the traditional route once more, eventually acquiring an interested agent who sold it to Penguin Group. So, this is actually the second book with Penguin. But hey, don’t hold it against Linda! She was having to listen to my rambling and inevitable digressions over the phone and that can’t be easy for anyone. 🙂 All in all I thought she did a fine job and I’m much appreciative! Thanks Linda!
