This is not an excuse to show off the Baby Czars of ATS!

Absolutely not. It’s a post to show off my daugher-in-law. (HA! Gotcha Carey!) You may have already met, but if not, please allow me to introduce one of my great blessings, Carey Eubanks Tomlinson.

I often tell Carey and Phillip that they didn’t really choose each other– oh no, I prayed her into our lives!  This is true of my son-in-law Patrick as well, but I’ll spotlight him in another post. I’m sure he’ll love me for it every bit as much as Carey is probably loving me now right! 🙂

The screen shot up there is from Providence. That’s where Carey blogs. Follow her around a bit and you’ll quickly see why I often say that this family is blessed to have her among our number. (YIKES! I started this post yesterday and I just followed that link to make sure it works and found, to my surprise, that Carey had put some news pics up– and yours truly is in a few looking less than stellar. LOL. But hey– this is reality blogging at it’s best, so I’ll deal with it and carry on.)

What I was about to say before that little side-bar is that Carey is one of those people that seems gifted in most anything she puts her mind to, including, but not limited to her love for photography. This is a skill set she is teaching herself with astonishing speed. She’s become the official documenter of our family gatherings. (As evidenced by that new post I mentioned!) And check out these shots she snagged of the Baby Czars of All Things Southern last week.

See what I mean? Now, I know this post comes on the heels of my bragging about Jessica’s debut article in Southern Child and I have some more news on Jessica’s latest project that I plan to share soon, but I’m going to have to ask you to forgive me and PLEASE don’t hit the unsubscribe button. We shall return to our regular programming shortly, tomboy honor . It’s just that I’m feeling quite sentimental lately. Now, should I embarrass Patrick next or one of my other friends and family members…Or should I just let ’em all sweat…Hmmm….What say you?

Hugs, Shellie
